MBL Infrastructure Wins Arbitration Case Against TCIL for Rs 1.24 Crores

MBL Infrastructure Ltd has won an arbitration case against Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL). The Sole Learned Arbitrator appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court has passed an Arbitral Award dated 12.07.2025 in favour of the Company. The award is for Rs 1.24 crores along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of award till the date of payment to the Company, if the amount is not paid within 3 months. The Learned Arbitrator has also allowed the return of a Bank Guarantee of Rs 1.70 crores to the Company, duly discharged. This is in respect of the agreement dated 22.02.2008.
