Mcleod Russel India Ltd. has announced the Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) authorized to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Requirements) Regulations 2015, effective from May 15, 2026. Mr. Aditya Khaitan (Managing Director) and Mr. Pradip Bhar (Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer) are authorized to determine materiality. Mr. Aditya Khaitan, Mr. Pradip Bhar, and Mr. Alok Kumar Samant (Company Secretary) are authorized to make disclosures.
