McNally Bharat Appoints Pradip Kumar Bishnoi as Non-Executive Chairman

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Pradip Kumar Bishnoi as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and its Board of Directors, effective August 24, 2026. Mr. Bishnoi, currently an Independent Director, will hold this position until January 5, 2030, or until determined otherwise by the Board. He brings over 45 years of experience in various industrial sectors and holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering and a Master's in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has previously served as CMD of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and MD of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Limited. Mr. Bishnoi is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company and his status as an Independent Director remains unaffected.
