Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd Approves Share Buyback

Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved a buyback of up to 11,59,199 equity shares at ₹425 per share, for a total amount not exceeding ₹49.27 Crore. The buyback, representing 1.55% of the company's paid-up capital, will be conducted via the tender offer route. The record date for determining eligibility is November 20, 2026. Promoters and promoter group members have indicated they will not participate in the buyback. A 'Buyback Committee' has been formed to oversee the process.
