Medi Assist TPA Completes Acquisition of Paramount TPA, Set to Drive Next Phase of Growth

Medi Assist Insurance TPA Private Limited, a subsidiary of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. This acquisition adds 34,000 crores of health premiums under administration, enhances provider networks, and incorporates AI and ML-driven automation. The deal aims to offer a more seamless, efficient, and intelligent healthcare journey to policyholders. Both companies will continue to operate independently until a formal merger process is completed.
