The company received the New Certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Haryana, on April 21, 2026, following an order passed by the Regional Director, Western Region, Mumbai, on March 24, 2026. The new Registered Office address is Plot No. 38, 4th Floor, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram-122001, Haryana. Consequently, Clause II of the Company's Memorandum of Association has been altered in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
