Mahendra Nahata Acquires 10,00,000 Shares in Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd via Open Market

Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has disclosed the acquisition of shares by Mahendra Nahata and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs). Mahendra Nahata has acquired 10,00,000 shares via the open market. The total equity share capital of the Target Company is Rs. 113,27,42,219. The total paid-up equity share capital of the Target Company is as on December 31, 2025.
