Correction of Retirement Date for Independent Directors at Medicamen Biotech Ltd

Medicamen Biotech Ltd has issued a corrigendum regarding the completion of term of Independent Directorship of Mr Harish Pande and Mr Arun Kumar. Due to a clerical/typographical error, the date of retirement was inadvertently mentioned as February 13, 2026 in the earlier intimation. The correct date of retirement is February 26, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Harish Pande and Mr. Arun Kumar ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 26, 2026.
