Medicamen Biotech Ltd: Harish Pande and Arun Kumar Complete Their Term as Independent Directors

Medicamen Biotech Ltd has announced that Mr. Harish Pande and Mr. Arun Kumar have completed their term as Independent Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors and the Management have expressed their appreciation for the guidance, contribution, and support extended by them during their tenure. Mr. Harish Pande and Mr. Arun Kumar have ceased to be the Chairman and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and CSR Committee respectively. The Company has appointed Mr. Sham Goel and Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma as Non-Executive-Independent Directors, who shall continue to be the Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and CSR Committee respectively.
