Agilemed Investments Private Limited, a promoter of Medplus Health Services Limited, has created an additional pledge of 5,00,000 equity shares. This action was taken on August 19, 2026, following a top-up notice from Catalyst Trusteeship Limited to restore the required Security Cover Ratio under the Share Pledge Agreement. Post this creation, Agilemed's total pledged shares in Medplus Health Services amount to 1,28,77,525 equity shares.
