Medplus Promoter Agilemed Adds 5 Lakh Shares to Pledge

Agilemed Investments Private Limited, a promoter of Medplus Health Services Limited, has created an additional pledge of 5,00,000 equity shares. This action was taken on August 19, 2026, following a top-up notice from Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, to restore the required Security Cover Ratio under the Share Pledge Agreement. Post this creation, Agilemed Investments now holds an aggregate of 1,28,77,525 equity shares under pledge, representing 10.72% of the company's total share capital. The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
