Meenakshi India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for August 31, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for the sub-division or stock split of its equity shares. The meeting will also address the appointment of Shri Kedarisetty Naga Mahesh Kumar as a Non-executive Independent Director.
