Meenakshi Steel Industries Ltd to Reconstitute Committees and Appoint New Directors

Meenakshi Steel Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 1st October, 2025, to consider several key matters. These include the appointment of a Non-Executive Independent Director appointed at the 40th Annual General Meeting, the vacation of office by existing Non-Executive Independent Directors due to the expiry of their terms, and the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. These changes will be effective immediately after the meeting.
