Meera Industries Appoints New Statutory and Internal Auditors

Meera Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. M R Bombaywala & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to member approval at the AGM. The company also appointed M/s. Christie & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The transition involves the existing auditors handling the Q1 FY27 limited review, with the new statutory auditors taking over from Q2 FY27.
