Meera Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q1, 2026 Financial Results

Meera Industries Ltd, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including Designated Persons, from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately.
