Priyanka Mehta, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed the disposal of equity shares in Mefcom Capital Markets Limited through an off-market inter-se transfer via a Gift Deed. The transaction involved the transfer of 20,00,000 shares (4.38%) by Priyanka Mehta to an immediate relative. Following this, Priyanka Mehta's direct holding is now 4.41%, while the aggregate holding of the promoter group remains at 74.43%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at INR 9,14,01,680.
