Priyanka Mehta's Mefcom Capital stake rises to 4.41% via gift deed

Priyanka Mehta has disclosed the acquisition of equity shares in Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd through an off-market inter se transfer from an immediate relative via a Gift Deed. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. As a result of this transaction, Priyanka Mehta's individual shareholding in the company increased from 0.04% (17,500 shares) to 4.41% (20,17,500 shares). The aggregate shareholding of Priyanka Mehta and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) remains unchanged at 74.43% (3,40,13,255 shares) both before and after this internal transfer.
