Mega Corp Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Mega Corporation Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as permitted by the Chair. The company has also confirmed the closure of the trading window for its securities from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, as previously intimated on June 26, 2026. This announcement is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
