The transfer books for the AGM will be closed from Tuesday, 15th September, 2026, to Monday, 21st September, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from Friday, 18th September, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. (IST) until Sunday, 20th September, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. (IST).
