Mega Corporation Ltd. to Acquire 14.89% Stake in BB&HV Private Limited for Rs. 1,42,02,361

Mega Corporation Ltd. has approved the proposal to acquire 14.89% equity shares in BB&HV Private Limited. The total consideration for this acquisition is Rs. 1,42,02,361. BB&HV Private Limited is a hospitality and leisure company, incorporated in India in 2008. Its turnover for the last three years is as follows: FY2022-23: Rs. 4,84,54,000; FY2023-24: Rs. 4,83,93,000; FY2024-25: Rs. 14,75,70,000. The acquisition is expected to be completed in two months. The promoter group of Mega Corporation Ltd. has an interest in BB&HV Private Limited as one of its directors is an immediate relative of the promoter. However, the transaction will be undertaken on an arm's length basis.
