Mega Nirman Approves FY26 Audited Results, Appoints Internal Auditor

Mega Nirman and Industries Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Chandni Singla & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The meeting, held on May 25, 2026, also included a review of the Statement of Deviation and Variation as per Clause 32(1) for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
