Mega Nirman Board Approves Unaudited Results, Appoints Directors

Mega Nirman and Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11th, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Himanshu Gopal as an Additional Director (Executive) and Ms. Shruti Swaroop as an Independent Director, both effective August 11, 2026. Concurrently, the company accepted the resignations of Mr. Anand Rai as Executive Director and Ms. Sushma Jain as Non-Executive, Independent Director, both effective August 11, 2026. A certificate of statement of deviation under Regulation 32 and a declaration regarding the auditors' unmodified opinion were also noted.
