Mega Nirman Sees Executive Director Resignations

Mega Nirman and Industries Ltd announced significant management changes during its Board of Directors meeting on August 11, 2026. Mr. Anand Rai resigned as Executive Director, and Ms. Sushma Jain resigned as Non-Executive, Independent Director. The company also appointed Mr. Himanshu Gopal as Additional Director (Executive) and Ms. Shruti Swaroop as Independent Director. The board also reviewed the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report, and a certificate of statement of deviation under Regulation 32.
