Megasoft Ltd. Sells Property for INR 400 Crores, Receives Regulatory Approval

Megasoft Ltd. has executed a sale deed for a property in Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500032, India, owned by the company. The property, known as Knowledge Capital, Plot No. 8 (Part), Survey No.115/2, 3, 4, 5, 35, was sold for a consideration of INR 400,39,17,061/- (Rupees Four Hundred Crores Thirty Nine Lacs Seventeen Thousand and Sixty One Only). The sale was approved by the shareholders through a postal ballot on August 25, 2023, as per Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 37A of the LODR Regulations.
