Megasoft Ltd's Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Acquire 100% Stake in Nasmyth Group Limited, UK for Approx. Rs. 213 Crores

Megasoft Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sigma Advanced Systems UK LTD, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% stake in Nasmyth Group Limited, UK. The acquisition, valued at approximately Rs. 213 Crores, is expected to provide Megasoft with a global platform in the Aerospace & Defence sector and enable the company to rapidly scale its business. Nasmyth Group Limited, incorporated in England and Wales, has multiple manufacturing facilities in the UK and one in India, and specializes in complex precision engineering, manufacturing, advanced metal treatments, and special processes for marquee OEM customers in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
