Sigma Advanced Systems Allots 4.32 Lakh Shares on Preferential Basis

Sigma Advanced Systems Ltd has approved the allotment of 4,32,777 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at an issue price of ₹347 per share on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash. This allotment was approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolutions dated August 04, 2026, and follows approvals from the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 28, 2026. Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital will increase to 18,99,28,952 shares amounting to ₹1,89,92,89,520.
