Sigma Advanced Systems Secures Additional £125m Rolls-Royce Contract

Sigma Advanced Systems has expanded its partnership with Rolls-Royce Aerospace UK by securing an additional long-term agreement valued at nearly £125 million (approximately Rs 1,600 crore). This contract will be executed through Sigma's recently acquired UK subsidiary, Bromford Precision Solutions. The agreement builds upon a previous contract of approximately £300 million and broadens Sigma's product offering and manufacturing capabilities for critical aerospace programs. It leverages Bromford's expertise in aero engine rings and casings, enhancing Sigma's dual-source manufacturing solutions for Rolls-Royce. The acquisition of Bromford is highlighted as strategically valuable, accelerating Sigma's progression towards higher-value aerospace partnerships and strengthening its position in the UK supply chain.
