Sigma Advanced Systems to Raise Up to ₹3,000 Cr

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board also approved raising funds up to ₹3,000 crores through various issuance methods. Several key management and director appointments and resignations were also noted, including the appointment of Mr. Galla Jayadev as Independent Director and the designation of Lt. Gen. Retd. Raju Somashekar Baggavalli as Chairman of the Board. The company also approved the notice for a postal ballot.
