Megri Soft declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Megri Soft Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results along with the Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, the Board approved convening the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 2, 2026, through Video Conferencing. The AGM will transact business as set out in the Notice, and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent to members. Book closure for the AGM is scheduled from August 27 to September 2, 2026. Remote e-voting will commence on August 29, 2026, and conclude on September 1, 2026, with August 26, 2026, set as the cut-off date.
