Megri Soft Ltd announced that its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 02:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 3, 2026, also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports. Additionally, the Board approved the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 27 to September 2, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. Remote e-voting will commence on August 29, 2026, and conclude on September 1, 2026.
