Mehai Technology Board Approves AGM Notice, Auditor Appointments

Mehai Technology Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 7, 2026, approving the notice for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing, with the register of members and share transfer books closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026. The company also appointed Ankita Dey & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years (2026-27 to 2030-31) and recommended the appointment of S. K.
