Ruparel Food Products Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Ruparel Food Products Ltd (formerly Mehta Housing Finance Limited) announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also noted the limited review reports on these results. The company has undergone a rebranding from Mehta Housing Finance Limited to Ruparel Food Products Limited, effective January 29, 2025, as part of a business restructuring initiative. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 34).
