Ruparel Food Products Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025 in February 2026 Board Meeting

Ruparel Food Products Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider's Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours from the declaration of the said Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
