Mehul Colours Appoints Tejas Harish Joshi as Additional Director

Mehul Colours Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Tejas Harish Joshi as an Additional Director (Executive) on its Board, effective September 5, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The board also approved the notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting and the Board's Report and Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
