Mehul Colours Appoints Tejas Harish Joshi as Additional Director

Mehul Colours Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Tejas Harish Joshi as an Additional Director in an Executive capacity, effective September 5, 2026. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Joshi, who has over 15 years of experience with the company in manufacturing and business operations, will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.
