Mehul Colours Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, detailing financial performance and corporate actions. The company reported a total income of ₹3,181.16 lakhs, an increase from ₹2,371.29 lakhs in the previous fiscal year. Net Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY 2025-26 stood at ₹522.29 lakhs, a slight decrease from ₹550.30 lakhs in FY 2024-25. The company also completed an Initial Public Offer (IPO), issuing 30,08,000 equity shares at ₹72 per share, listing on the BSE SME platform on August 6, 2025.
