Mena Mani Industries Board Approves Financial Results

Mena Mani Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 3, 2026, approved the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter & Half year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board authorized the Managing Director, Mr. Swetank Patel, to explore opportunities in the hotel business, including through joint ventures, and to raise funds for this purpose. The Managing Director was also empowered to take necessary steps for the expansion of the software business of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary.
