Menon Bearings Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. R. D. Dixit as Managing Director due to advancing age, effective close of business hours on 03.03.2026. The Board has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director for a term of 5 consecutive years, subject to approval of members of the Company. Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.
