Menon Bearings Ltd: Mr. R. D. Dixit Resigns, Mr. Arun Aradhye Appointed as MD, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge as CFO

Menon Bearings Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. R. D. Dixit as Managing Director due to advancing age, effective close of business hours on 03.03.2026. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye as Managing Director for a term of 5 consecutive years starting from 04.03.2026, subject to approval of members of the Company. Mr. Arun Aradhye will cease to be Whole Time Director and CFO upon his appointment as MD. The Board also appointed Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 04.03.2026.
