Menon Bearings Ltd. Re-appoints Mr. Abhay Golwalkar as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27

Menon Bearings Ltd. has re-appointed Mr. Abhay Golwalkar, a Chartered Accountant with over 32 years of experience, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Mr. Golwalkar specializes in auditing, taxation, and corporate advisory, and has been engaged in statutory, concurrent, and revenue audit of banks, as well as statutory audit and tax advisory of corporate and non-corporate entities. This re-appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
