Trading Window Closure Announced by Menon Bearings Ltd. for Q4 and FY Ended on 31st March, 2026

Menon Bearings Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for specified persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q4 and FY ended on 31st March, 2026 are approved and declared. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
