531727 Approves Q4/FY26 Results, Recommends Re.1 Dividend

The Board of Directors of 531727, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of Re.1/- per equity share (100%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally, Mr. Abhay Golwalkar was re-appointed as the Internal Auditor and M/s. C S Adawadkar & Co. was appointed as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
