Menon Pistons Appoints Two Directors and Company Secretary

Menon Pistons Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 18, 2026. Ms. Nivedita Sachin Menon was appointed as an Additional Director (Executive Category), and Mr. Gurudas Kamalakar Chorage as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent Category) for a three-year term. Additionally, CS Gayatri Eknath Patil has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP). These appointments are based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are subject to shareholder approval where applicable.
