Menon Pistons Board Meeting on Oct 31 to Approve Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Menon Pistons Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 31, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
