Trading Window Closure Announced by Menon Pistons Ltd as per SEBI Regulations

Menon Pistons Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, and their relatives as defined in the code, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will commence on Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and will remain in effect until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting where results will be considered is yet to be announced.
