Mercantile Ventures Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 and Annual Results

Mercantile Ventures Ltd, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in the Securities by the Insiders, has announced the closure of the trading window for trading/dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, the 1st of April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. The announcement was made by E N Rangaswami, Whole-time Director of Mercantile Ventures Limited.
