Mercantile Ventures Ltd has filed a Second Motion Petition with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench ('NCLT') in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of India Radiators Limited with Mercantile Ventures Limited and their Shareholders and Creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
