NCLT Approves Amalgamation of India Radiators with Mercantile Ventures

Mercantile Ventures Limited announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of India Radiators Limited (Transferor Company) with Mercantile Ventures Limited (Transferee Company). The order was pronounced on July 2, 2026. The 'Appointed Date' for the scheme is January 1, 2025. The amalgamation will become effective upon filing the certified copy of the sanction order with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. Further details will be communicated once the scheme is effective.
