Mercury Labs Recommends ₹3.50/Share Dividend for FY26

Mercury Laboratories Ltd's Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50 per share (35%) on the equity share capital for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 45th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 28, 2026, via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, with a record date of September 21, 2026, for dividend payment. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before October 26, 2026.
