India Futuristic Marine Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has sold 2,45,000 equity shares of Quest Flow Controls Ltd through an off-market transaction on September 30, 2026. This sale represents a 1.50% decrease in their total shareholding. Prior to the sale, India Futuristic Marine Private Limited and its PACs held 28,74,199 shares, representing 28.01% of the total equity capital. After the sale, their holding reduced to 26,29,199 shares, accounting for 26.51% of the total equity capital.
